RADIUS BOOKS is a non-profit publishing company based in Santa Fe and established by four creative individuals with years of publishing and art world experience. It is our firm belief that the arts—all arts—are vital to our nation and our culture’s future. The dream of RADIUS BOOKS is to promulgate an ongoing dialogue among writers, thinkers, artists, and all members of society by producing and promoting worthwhile bodies of work.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account; it’s easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (approx. 4-6 days). How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
Our default shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground.
We take great care in making sure that your Radius Books order arrives to you in the best possible condition.
Timeframe for packages shipped domestically is 2-5 business days.
Timeframe for packages shipped internationally is 6-10 days from deposit at Post Office.
How Is Shipping Calculated?
Our shipping rates are very reasonable. Shipping charges are based on a flat fee: $8.00 for the first book, and $4.00 for each subsequent title per order. The shipping charges for limited editions are somewhat higher due to size and weight.
All non-book orders (such as book bags) will be charged $4.00 per order.
Shipping fees are added at the time of checkout.
What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition. Radius Books strives to make your shopping experience a pleasant one, and with our low shipping rates and low price point, we aim to please from the start.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. Our default shipping method for international orders is US Postal Service. International rates vary drastically from region and country. Please email us directly with inquiries (using the "contact" link above to the right) and we will get you a price quote for shipping, or direct you to a sales point outside of the US.
How Long Until My Items Arrive?
Radius Books titles usually ship within 3 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if stock is low or it’s the holiday season), you will be notified immediately.
